PERSONAL TRAINING
Many clients begin with personal training to learn the fundamental movement patterns of the OSC system and improve base strength and fitness. From here you can choose to continue with individual sessions or move to one of our group classes. Personal training may suit you best if your needs or goals include:
Body composition or weight loss
You have specific performance or physique related goals
You are new to exercise
You have significant health/orthopedic issues or have been referred by your doctor
