GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES (online only)
These group classes combine skill and strength progressions, followed by conditioning sessions of varying length and brief recovery. For those who have completed the Foundation program, or those who can demonstrate previous S&C experience.
You will need the strength to make it appropriate to load beyond bodyweight and be free from any major orthopedic issues. These classes increase loading and begin to incorporate more complex lifts
