WHAT WE OFFER
Personal Training
Many clients begin with personal training to learn the fundamental movement patterns of the OSC system and improve base strength and fitness. From here you can choose to continue with individual sessions or move to one of our group classes.

Group Strength & Conditioning Classes
These group classes combine skill and strength progressions, followed by conditioning sessions of varying length and brief recovery. For those who have completed the Foundation program, or those who can demonstrate previous S&C experience

Advanced Strength & Conditioning Services
Advanced strength and conditioning coaching and programming is available on an individual basis. Specifically tailored one on one or small group sessions available on request. Suitable for competitive athletes or those with a specific performance goal in mind.
