At Odyssey Strength Collective it is our belief that every person has the right to a healthy and strong body. We also know you can't get there with exercise alone. We strive to balance performance with health and longevity by focusing not just on exercise, but also on healthy nutrition, and the benefits of a friendly, community oriented approach.


Personal Training 
(in person only)

Many clients begin with personal training to learn the fundamental movement patterns of the OSC system and improve base strength and fitness. From here you can choose to continue with individual sessions or move to one of our group classes.


Group Strength & Conditioning Classes 
(online only)

These group classes combine skill and strength progressions, followed by conditioning sessions of varying length and brief recovery. For those who have completed the Foundation program, or those who can demonstrate previous S&C experience

Advanced Strength & Conditioning Services 
(in person and online)

Advanced strength and conditioning coaching and programming is available on an individual basis. Specifically tailored one on one or small group sessions available on request. Suitable for competitive athletes or those with a specific performance goal in mind.
